In this role, you will manage medium and large-scale website projects of varying degrees of complexity that will require coordination of cross-functional teams across several geographical locations.**Job Description**:**Your day to day**:- Scoping and planning for website updates and pre-migration activities across different website types and complexities.- Technical and traditional website project management including creating and driving the execution of key website integration milestones against detailed project schedules and delivering progress reports to stakeholders.- Stakeholder and leadership communication including ongoing and one-off meetings and presentations.- Establishing and leading various planning and integration cadences with both engineering and non-engineering partners, based on the current initiatives in play.- Working collaboratively with all teams involved in website integration efforts.**What do you need to bring**:- Bachelor’s degree, foreign equivalent, or extended professional experience in this field.- 5+ years managing website projects at a top technology company.- 8+ years professional work experience in a corporate environment that involved driving multiple cross-functional efforts and demonstrating operational excellence.- Highly proficient in Microsoft Tools, specifically Excel and PPT.- Inspirational project management skills and the ability to create a culture of enthusiasm and positivity.- A passion for making order out of chaos.**Experience in these areas would be a plus, but aren't required**:- Digital Project Management and/or Web Producer experience.- Planning & collaboration tools like Smartsheet and MS Teams/SharePoint.- Kanban methods and frameworks.- JIRA or other similar tools.- Knowledge of the payments industry.Our Benefits:At PayPal, we’re committed to building an equitable and inclusive global economy.
