We’re Hiring: Manager of Business Development – LATAM Location: Remote (based in LATAM) Schedule: Monday to Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST ⏰ Alignment with Eastern Time is required Salary & Benefits Salary: Direct Salary (61K MXN - 64 MXN) uncapped commissions Company-provided equipment ✈️ Travel within LATAM and occasional US travel About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Manager of Business Development with exclusive experience in K–12 schools or similar educational institutions to lead growth across Latin America. You will drive new business opportunities, strengthen partner relationships, and expand our presence in the region. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with hands-on execution, requiring a strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of the K–12 education ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in LATAM by analyzing market trends, partner needs, and competitive dynamics • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, K–12 schools, distributors, and agents; negotiate and close major deals • Oversee and coach the regional team, ensuring performance and alignment with strategic goals • Collaborate with senior leadership to set quarterly and annual sales targets • Maintain CRM accuracy for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting • Partner with product, marketing, operations, registration, and academic teams to improve offerings and align strategies • Visit partner schools and regional stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and program success • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions, adjusting strategies as needed ✅ Requirements ✔️ Bachelor’s degree ✔️ 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles ✔️ Exclusive experience selling to K–12 schools or similar educational institutions in LATAM ✔️ Native or fluent English and professional fluency in Spanish ✔️ Proven leadership and team management experience in cross-functional, remote environments ✔️ Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills ✔️ Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales forecasting ✔️ Ability to manage budgets and report effectively to executive leadership Tools / Technical Skills • CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) • Microsoft Office Suite • Project/task management tools Soft Skills / Work Style ✨ Strategic thinker with hunter mentality ✨ Strong commercial acumen and regional credibility ✨ Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable ✨ Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in evolving environments ✨ Results-driven, accountable, and detail-oriented Join Us If you’re a growth-focused leader with deep K–12 experience in LATAM , this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact while leading a regional team.
