The role ensures sustainable growth with dealers, distributors, and retreaders through expansion strategies, succession planning, financial oversight, and long-term risk management.**Key Responsibilities**Manage P&L with Consumer and Commercial BUs to deliver strategic growth and network sustainability.Develop and execute succession and expansion plans to strengthen long-term business continuity.Lead Services & Solutions (S&S):Ensure profitability of all implementations.Assess new business opportunities (segments, services, technologies).Manage services and solutions across their lifecycle.Direct investments to support network expansion and increase market share in MRT and Market A.Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retreaders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.**Requirements**:Minimum 4 years’ experience in multinational companies in Sales, Expansion, Reseller Management, Go-to-Market, Regional or Financial Analysis (ROI/Payback).Strong knowledge of GeoMarketing for business expansion.Proven negotiation experience with customers and suppliers under high-pressure situations.Demonstrated leadership in people and process management.Strong focus on cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
