The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.**What the day will look like**Every day brings new opportunities to learn and contribute. You’ll support both BenX sales and solution consultants, ensuring smooth collaboration across sales initiatives. Managing the sales pipeline and working closely with consultants, you’ll play a key role in tracking and reporting for BenX and Health Solutions leadership. Your work will include:- Analyzing sales data to find trends and uncover opportunities for growth- Organizing national and local sales events, such as the Annual Prospect Summit- Assisting solution consultants during client implementations- Providing project support and attending meetings as neededYou’ll also help refine strategies and improve processes, making a real impact on our ability to achieve ambitious sales goals.**How this opportunity is different**The Aon Benefits Experience team manages one of Aon’s most innovative and differentiated solutions for large U.S.based employers.
