Extensive Knowledge of Server administration, Cisco, Dell, Windows, and Linux- Storage administration Pure, Compellent, Infinidat (nice to have)- VMWare administration, engineering, and operations- Data center knowledge servers, storage, cabling. Familiarity with racking and cabling servers and storage devices and network connections thereof- Back up Administration CommVault and Rubrik a nice to have- Monitoring Administration Logic Monitor- Ability to work from home.- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent planning/organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent reasoning and research skills.- Inquisitive, curious, highly self-motivated to learn new business concepts.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.- Ability to build team and external business relationships.- Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve results.- Ability to troubleshoot issues on complex server environments, log tailing, etc.- Understanding of file system structures.- FTP/SFTP setup and administration- Understanding of Change Management process- Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring- Ability to carry projects over the finish line with mínimal oversight.- Ability/requirement to mentor other more associate team members.- AWS administration, engineering, and operations- Azure administration, engineering, and operations
