**OBJECTIVES**:- Analyze, interpret and convert raw data into information and insights which can be used to make decisions**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Develops and maintains the data analytics capability within the Telemetry team to support continuing increases in data source, volume, and complexity.- Construct the required data correlation to analyze and support Technology Operations- Collaborates with the telemetry visualization and data engineering teams to improve data models that feed telemetry data and dashboards, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.- Implements processes and systems to drive data reconciliation, monitor data quality, ensuring data is always accurate and available.- Writes unit/integration/performance test scripts, IQ/OQ and contributes to generate and maintain the required documentation.- Works closely with other platform teams, like EDB, Cloud platform, Digital trust (security) and the rest of shared platforms to improve data analysis and data integration patterns/solutions along with proper data models supporting different data and analytics use cases**COMPETENCES, EDUCATIONAL AND SKILLS**Required:- Bachelors’ Degree, from an accredited institution in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in data, data warehouse, data lake, and analytics reporting development.- Demonstrable experience in data analysis, Big-Data, data integration, data model, modern databases, query languages and AWS/Azure cloud technologies.- Experience designing, building & maintaining data interactions- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with multifunctional team.- Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’.- Critical thinking: able to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.- Experience in communicating complex information in a clear and engaging manner, adjust form and meetings to this and builds collaborative network of relationships in the business area and outside.**TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS**:- Access to transportation to attend meetings- Ability to fly to meetings regionally and globally, up to 10% of the working time during projects phases**Locations**:MEX - Santa Fe**Worker Type**:Employee**Worker Sub-Type**:Regular**Time Type**:Full time
