**How often can you say that your daily work is making a major impact on the world?**Welcome to Opinno, a place where future leaders are not just made, but crafted for meaningful impact**. **Opinno is more than just a stepping stone in your career—it’s an accelerated pathway designed to cultivate your potential and propel you into leadership roles that matter.Our Opinners are talented and multi-faceted individuals that collaborate to strategize and create industry-defining change by leveraging innovation and excellence.Join us to embark on a transformative journey that shapes not just your career, but the futureWe are looking for a **Innovation** Strategy Consultant to join our team in **México****What you’ll do in a nutshell**- Analyze project requirements in order to understand the scope and implementation plan of consulting projects.- Design solutions tailored to the needs of the client and project using innovation methodologies and processes (Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Open Innovation).- Collect primary and secondary data using market intelligence methodologies, tools, and information sources.- Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis of information related to industry context, innovation trends, innovative technologies, and new business models.- Prepare deliverables and analysis reports on the state of the art in our areas of interest.- Manage direct communications with corporate stakeholders and innovation ecosystems (start-ups, accelerators, partners) throughout project development- Update and communicate the project status in order to advance correctly and improve quality- Present the project stages and collaborate with the Project Leader in customer presentations**Requirements**:- 3 years of experience in a strategic or innovation consultancy- Experience working with Agile methodologies- Experience working with tools such as Jira- Knowledge of the entrepreneurial and technological ecosystem- Organised and decisive with strong analytical skills- Intellectual curiosity - have a hunger for knowledge and personal growth, as well as self-motivated initiative- Excellent ability to work as part of a team, in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments- Innovative and collaborative approach to problem solving- Skilled in presentations and client communication- Advanced level of English**What do we offer?**- Flexible working hours starting from 8:30 to 10:00- Shorter working days on Fridays- Working from home, but the office is open, if you need it.- 23 days of annual leave plus releavant local/national festivities- Opportunities for training and development- Digital social activities- Relaxed dress code- Flexible benefitsAt Opinno, we understand that true innovation is deeply intertwined with diversity and inclusivity.
