Maintenance Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:- Communicate directly with tenants, vendors, and maintenance contractors to schedule repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance- Provide a wide variety of administrative assistance to managers, especially in the areas of managing work orders and tenant communication- Prepares daily schedule of scheduled repairs- Provide reporting based on predetermined metrics- Manages submitted work orders and schedule vendor services- Track contractors through the pipeline of phases such as work in progress, follow up, and needs invoicing- Follow up with vendors and tenants**Qualifications**:- Fluent in English and Spanish language- Maintenance coordinating experience in a US Property Management company is a must- Knowledgeable in construction engineering is a plus- Has excellent problem solving skill- Good communication skills in English- Outstanding skills in organizing schedules- Experience with property management software Buildium/Property Meld is a plus- Self-driven and can work with little supervision- Extremely organized and can work in a constantly changing and fast past environment- Want to have a stable career with endless potential for learning and growth- Able to work on EST Business hoursSchedule: 9 am-5pm (EST) / Monday- FridayApplication Question(s):- Please indicate your salary expectations in US $, per month.**Experience**:- US Property Management: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
