Como Group Quality Leader en SEE, serás responsable de coordinar al equipo de auditores y técnicos de calidad para asegurar y controlar la eficacia del sistema de aseguramiento de calidad en los procesos tanto productivos como de soporte, así como la eficacia del sistema de inocuidad en la planta.¿Por qué te necesitamos?SQF PractitionerAdministración del equipo de auditores y técnicos de calidad.Dar seguimiento y asegurar cierre de CAPA (Corrective Actions-Preventive Actions) detonados por CSI (Customer Satisfaction Initiative).Asegurar cumplimiento del proceso para el material no conforme (MNC) tanto virgen como semiterminado.Asegurar el cumplimento del proceso de Producto No Conforme (PNC).Autorizar desviaciones de producto.Garantizar el procedimiento para la disposición y solicitud de baja Spoilage.Asegurar el seguimiento a bajas INTERCO y STO con los departamentos de finanzas y almacén.Cumplir con el programa PMS (Performance Management System).Realizar evaluación y reporte de desempeño de técnicos de calidad.Asegurar el proceso de evaluación y reporte el desempeño de auditores de calidad.Dar seguimiento a la administración, revisión y entrega nómina de auditores y técnicos de calidad.Realizar y revisar reportes semanales, mensuales, de cuarto, anuales, etc. De las métricas internas de calidad.Garantizar la calidad e inocuidad de los procesos o productos con el cumplimiento de los requisitos del código SQF (Safe Quality Food).Garantizar la auditoría interna al sistema de calidad e inocuidad de acuerdo con el código SQF. ¿Qué habilidades necesitarás para tener éxito?Experiência en la industria manufacturera.Inglés avanzado.Conocimiento de los Códigos de Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria (GFSI, ISO, etc), así como de los Procesos de Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria.Experiência liderando un equipo de trabajo.Preferentemente con conocimiento en Fusion, ETQ, BI Portal, SAP.Conocimiento de herramientas de mejora continua (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).**Requisition id**: 48284**Relocation**: NoSealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
