**Job Description**:As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will be responsible for a small to medium group of maintenance employees. You will manage the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems in addition to the following responsibilities- You will conduct appropriate checks and tests, and communicate evaluation of results- Recommends solutions to problems- Responsible for preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions- Meets schedule and quality requirements- Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements**Additional Job Description**:**Requerimientos Clave**:- Ingenieria mecánica, electromecánico, electríco o afin- De 1 a 3 años de experiência- Conocimiento en mecánica, neumática, electrica con mantenimiento de equipos- Conocimiento en sistemas de seguridad del trabajo- Inglés Conversacional- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos 4x3**Responsabilidades**:- Supervisión de un equipo de trabajo- Conocimientos en sistemas de seguridad del trabajo- Resolución de problemas- Implementación de GMS- Participación en Comités de Seguridad- Colaboración con otros equipos de trabajoLa diversidad y la inclusión son nuestras fortalezas.
