ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:TelevisaUnivision Sports Sales is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and creative person for the role of Sports Integration Mgr. Based in Mexico, the Sports Integration Manager will play an important role by helping to ensure successful execution of sponsored features across sports properties and platforms.ABOUT YOU:This person will work at the direction of the VP of Sports Sponsorships, and work closely with TUDN’s social media team, producers, editors, and project managers.YOUR DAY-DAY:- Provide guidance, do's/don'ts to ensure proper campaign implementation across social platforms.- Supervise and coordinate the integration of a sponsor’s brand message across social platforms.- Serves as the liaison between Sports Partner Solutions Team and the Sports Editorial team, including production areas of services, such as, art, content management and asset delivery.- Coordinate production of branded content of long and short form video across social platforms- Work closely with Project Managers and social analysts to design and implement integration tactics across sports properties.- Lead the development of production handbooks (in partnership with Sports partner solutions in NY) and integration details to ensure editorial follows sponsored commitments.- Troubleshoot and solve for any issues or conflicts for on-going campaigns during live events and sports tentpoles across social platforms.- Coordinate any field production required for advertisers’ campaigns.YOU HAVE:- Coordinate in-show, advertiser integrations with producers and marketing teams - to ensure execution reflects what was sold.- Develop and/or supervise integration creative with the teams in Mexico for live events and shows.- Review previous day’s integrations to confirm proper execution and report any irregularities.- Oversee process with production and graphics teams in Mexico to ensure materials (client logos, taglines, copy points, etc.) are up-to-date, and old materials are removed from the system.- Must be skilled at problem-solving and decision-making, balancing the needs of producers with the commitment to advertisers- Must be based in Mexico able to work in Mexico.- Must be able to work from the office and on a daily basis must commute to Chapultepec- Prior production experience required; sports production and social media content creation are required.- Strong English and Spanish language communication, writing, and speaking skills- Ability to manage, motivate and collaborate in teams.- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.- Knowledge and passion for sports and social media trends.- 4-year college degree is a plusUnivision es un empleador que ofrece equidad e igualdad de oportunidades.
