In addition to leading the Integration Team in all areas of operational support, design and development, the Integration Manager is uniquely positioned to provide a central and overarching "Enterprise" viewpoint. With this perspective in mind, the Integration manager encourages continuous improvement and evolution of overall system architecture by working closely with stakeholders and fostering effective relationships with all levels of the management.**What you'll need to succeed**- BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems.- A) 4 year degree and 8+ years of experience in integration design, development, and analysis in healthcare setting utilizing HL7 standards and master data management tools.- B) Or, 2 year degree and 15+ years of experience in integration design, development, and analysis in healthcare setting utilizing HL7 standards and master data management tools.- C) 4+ years of management experience- Plus: Experience with an industry standard integration engine or ESB and related monitoring tools with a strong preference for Rhapsody. Experience with EMPI such as IBM InfoSphere preferred. Experience with Meditech EHR preferred.- Plus: Experience with TCP/IP, FTP, SFTP, P-to-P VPN, SOAP, etc.- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.- Conversational English- Live in Medellin to work on site.**What you'll get in return**- Stability- Career path and growth opportunites.- Law benefist- Salary open to negotiate.**What you need to do now*****
