If you are looking to join a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative team, this is the perfect place for youCurrently we are growing and offer exciting career opportunities for individuals that embrace our diverse culture and a wonderful team environment.The Traffic Engineer & Transport Modeler position is responsible for the planning, modeling & execution Crowd Simulation & general Transportation plan sets & other construction documents with proficiency on Civil 3D Software & relevant simulation software; assisting with design, modeling, specifications, reports and the full deliverables needed for multiple projects while working with other disciplines within the relevant project team.If you have a strong background in civil engineering, transportation, crowd modeling and a passion for sustainable design, we encourage you to apply.You will be a key member of the executive team, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the company.**Requirements & Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Urbanism or a related field (Master's preferred).- ** Minimum 5 years of experience **in Traffic engineering, Pedestrian, Crowd Modeling & Crowd Management in site planning and development of public works projects preferred.- ** English level C1 **or superior is a must.- Knowledge of transportation engineering, pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and crowd management principles.- Strong knowledge & skills on relevant software tools, including but not limited to: Civil 3D, PTV Viswalk, Mass Motion, Legion, etc.- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Familiarity with sustainable design principles & environmental regulations.**We Offer you in Return**:- A competitive compensation package including and performance-based bonuses.- Benefits package including Medical & Dental.- Flexible time off.- Professional development & training opportunities.- Supportive and collaborative work culture.**Nível de educación deseada**:Maestría**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Ingeniería Civíl**Habilidades**:- PTV Viswalk- Mass Motion- Autodesk Civil 3D- Legion- PTV Vissim
