Qualifications - External
This position is accountable for the day to day confidential administration and coordination of Service Site Requests for US Field Services.
Prepare and submit personnel information required on Schneider Services employees in accordance with customer requirements in order for them to gain access to the customer job site.
Prepare and submit letters required for information verification on Schneider Services employees
Access multiple Schneider Electric HR systems in order to collect required information
Processes a variety of confidential records including personnel files, background checks and drug testing reports.
Skills Required:
Strong time management abilities
Must be very organized
Attention to detail
Attentive to time sensitivities
Professional conduct and ability to work with high level of confidentiality
Must have advanced level English skills
