**Actividades**:- Experiência en Facturacion Import/Export- Integración de documentación de exportación para despacho- Coordinación de documentos aduanales con agente aduanal- Reporte diario de Exportaciones- Conocimiento y aplicacion de Anexo 24 y Anexo 31- Coordinacion de logística Import/Export- Clasificacion arancelaria- Cierre de Pedimentos- Conocimiento en BOMs y Anexo 24- Manejo de información de Data Stage- Permisos de importación en VUCEM- Certificados de Origen- Reestructura de Saldos- Recepción de glosa y conversión a Excel- Captura de Nuevo Bom en Sistema INTRADE- Modificaciones en Boom en Sistema INTRADE- Cumplimiento certificacion IVA-IEPS- Comparar inventario físico mensual vs inventario en sistema intrade.- Revisión en sistema intrade de saldos próximos a vencer.- Revisar el archivo de pedimentos y generar check list de revisión.- Solicitar Opinión Positiva- Revision de cotizaciones Agencias Aduanales- Revision de facturas de agencias aduanales- Fuertes habilidades de negociación, administración de logística y administración de materiales.- Experiência en virtuales- Conocimiento de embarques IN-BOND por naviera Long Beach y Ensenada.**Requisitos**:- Carrera terminada afín al área de Comercio Exterior y Aduanas.- Mínimo 3 años en puesto similar- Experiência en operaciones de comercio exterior, dominio de Ley Aduanera y Reglas- Dominio del idioma ingles deseable- Experiência en Maquiladora- Experiência en Anexo 24 y 31.- Apego a leyes.- Conocimiento Sistema INTRADE**NOTA: LA CONTRATACIÓN ES TEMPORAL (3 MESES) PARA CUBRIR INCAPACIDAD POR MATERNIDAD, CON OPCIÓN A CONTRATO INDEFINIDO.**Tipo de puesto: Por temporadaSalario: $500.00 - $700.00 al díaHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Opción a contrato indefinido- Servicio de comedorTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Protocolo de prevención COVID (uso de cubrebocas, gel antibacterial, encuesta COVID)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
