Senior Advisor, Technical Program ManagementJoin us as a Technical Program Manager on our Product and Application Security team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you’ll achieveAs a Security Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Dell software engineering teams to help deliver the world’s most secure enterprise solutions to our customers. This will be done by coordinating the resources of the Security and Resiliency Organization to perform holistic security reviews.You will- Work across the Dell Digital engineering teams and Dell Technologies product teams to ensure the highest standards of secure software practices are followed. Lead the effort to provide a multi-disciplinary security assessment for Dell offers. Provide offer team Program Management oversight over the Security Engagements across Dell divisions.- Collaborate with the diverse and global product teams and with technical security advisors to raise the security posture of products. Lead efforts to improve Security Engagements’ efficiency and effectiveness.- Prepare and present to executive management the state of product security. This requires a deep understanding of executive management perspective and priorities. Tailor the presentation of information to match the audience.- Raise the awareness of Product security risks and adoption of security requirements to upper management and offer team leadership. Analyze data from different sources and put a plan together for improvement.- Evangelize security across Dell divisions. Evaluate the current state of operations, defining a future state and initiatives to achieve it. Lead continuous improvement projects.Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or related field, 7+ years of experience in Program Management and experience with Agile methodology Ability to be a strong influencer of people and resources in a dynamic environment- Proven knowledge of engineering operations and product lifecycle process, tools and metric, Proven track record of influence with a diverse set of functional disciplines (for instance, Engineering, QA, Services, Product Management)- Strong Program Management skills and experience with Agile methodology. Leadership; strong influencer of people and resources in a dynamic environment.- Knowledge and experience in SDL (Secure Development Lifecycle) is desirable. At minimum, knowledge and familiarity with basic security concepts, Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables in a dynamic environment; drive simultaneous programs across Dell EMC divisions. Have a deep understanding of executive management perspective and priorities.- Strong business analytical skills; able to convert data into meaningful useful and actionable information.
