**Technical Program Manager (Data, Analytics & Reporting)**Remote (WFH) Full-Time PositionWe are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to drive delivery excellence across the program’s data, analytics, and reporting initiatives, enabling the success of our clients and data team alike through a keen understanding of the business, a focus on quality, and instilling and leading with strong project management and stakeholder management practices. This role will manage a portfolio of small to midsize projects, multiple concurrent initiatives supporting one macro program, but accountable to multiple stakeholders.**Key activities include**:- Collaboration with the Microsoft team to understand business priorities and objectives, leveraging this understanding to define requirements that can be understood across technical and non-technical audiences. Driving to a common understanding of outcomes (business requirements driving technical solution definition, technical solutions effectively supporting the business).- Scoping, estimation of effort, timelines.- Close engagement with our data team to scope and define technical solutions.- Core project management tasks including managing responsibilities across the team, scope, timelines, and expectations. Clear and effective communication and expectation management is crucial.- Consulting on the intersection of business need and technical solutioning - how can what we create be most impactful to the business, and help them achieve more than the initial concept may’ve targeted?- Ensuring quality documentation is generated and maintained for projects in the team’s remit.- Instilling high standards of quality and usability across our program.**Qualifications**:**Required Experience**:- Either 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence professional with a particular emphasis in Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server (preferably Azure SQL), DAX, and data science, with an additional 2+ years managing teams or PM’ing projects with these same technologies or 7+ years managing teams or PM’ing projects delivering through these technologies.- Having both the delivery capability/experience as well as the project management experience leveraging these technologies will be a strong differentiator.
