Job Title: Market Research Manager (Mandarin Speaker)Location: Mexico**Job Type**: ContractJob Overview:Key Responsibilities:1. Market Research Design and Implementation:- Independently plan, design, and implement both qualitative and quantitative market research projects, including consumer behavior, market trends, and brand health.- Select appropriate research methodologies (e.g., surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups) based on research objectives to ensure effective and reliable data collection.2. Team Collaboration and Leadership:- Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and related departments to ensure smooth execution of market research projects.- Manage the timelines and budgets for market research projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.3. Data Analysis and Reporting:- Conduct in-depth analysis of collected data to extract valuable market insights.- Prepare high-quality market research reports and present findings to management and relevant departments to support decision-making.4. Cross-Cultural Communication:- Use Mandarin language skills to facilitate effective communication with headquarters or Chinese market teams.- Understand and explain cultural differences between Mexico and China, ensuring that research results can be effectively compared and applied across both markets.**Requirements**:1. Language Skills:- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) for communication with cross-national teams. Proficiency in Spanish or English is a plus2. Market Research Experience:- At least 3 years of experience in independently conducting market research in Mexico, with a deep understanding of the Mexican market and consumer behavior.- Experience in developing and executing market research strategies, data analysis, and report writing.3. Leadership and Communication Skills:- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, able to manage multiple projects and deliver them on time and with high quality.- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with international teams.4.
