We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and spearhead our acquisition efforts.**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:**Deal Sourcing**:Proactively identify and source potential real estate investment opportunities (both on-market and off-market) through various channels, including networking, broker relationships, direct outreach, wholesaling contacts, and market research.**Analysis & Underwriting**:Conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential acquisitions to determine feasibility and profitability. Prepare detailed underwriting models and investment memorandums.**Negotiation & Offers**: Structure, negotiate, and present offers for property acquisitions. Manage counter-offers and lead negotiations on purchase agreements and key deal terms.**Due Diligence Management**:Oversee the entire due diligence process, coordinating with legal counsel, inspectors, appraisers, and other third-party vendors.**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate brokers, wholesalers, investors, and other industry professionals.**Pipeline Management**:Maintain a robust pipeline of potential deals, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.**Market Intelligence**:Stay informed about current real estate market trends, conditions, and regulations within the New York City metropolitan area.**Required Qualifications**:**Native English Speaker**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory for negotiation, contract review, and internal/external communication.**Experience**:Proven track record (minimum 3-5 years preferred) in real estate acquisitions, real estate investment analysis, or real estate wholesaling. Demonstrable experience in sourcing and closing deals is crucial.**Analytical Skills**:Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and analytical skills.
