International pharmaceutical company is looking for his new Logistics Manager.**Your new Company**International pharmaceutical company**Location**Mexico City | Hybrid work.**Your new role**As Logistics Manager you will be responsible for driving outbound logistics operations through 3PL Contract management encompassing receiving, warehousing, inventory, reverse logistics and shipping to customer activities, handling budget and forecast development, reviewing management for distribution, developing logistics initiatives oriented to continuous improvement, leading communication with international stakeholders and supervising foreign trade operations, guaranteeing control of the 3PL regarding quality and service level, supervising and ensuring the adequate execution of all inventory management, managing customer service activities and leading a team ensuring on time delivery for clients and company operation´s standards.**What you´ll need**- Bachelor´s Degree concluded.- More than 3 years of experience in leadership positions in the logistics department for chemical or pharmaceutical companies.- Extensive experience managing logistics procedures, controlling 3PL operations, supervising warehousing, and distribution.- Experience in foreign trade and customer service, implementing continuous improvement projects.- Negotiation abilities, communication skills and work under pressure.- SAP (mandatory)- Advanced English.**What you´ll get in return**50.000 - 55.000 MXN. + Superior law benefits.**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
