Líder en ofrecer servicios, soluciones, capacitaciones y desarrollo de software a la medida.**SOLICITA****Project Portfolio Analyst (PMO)**- 5 años de experiência en prácticas de Gestión de Proyectos- 2 años de experiência en Consultoría de Negocios Exposición al dominio de la experiência del cliente- Implementar las mejores prácticas de PM en BES y apoyar a los gerentes de proyectos- Proporcionar apoyo en relación con la actividad de gestión de proyectos- Desarrollo de casos de negocios, definición y seguimiento del alcance y el cronograma, gestión de riesgos y problemas. Solicitudes de cambio, revisiones e informes ejecutivos, aprobación y seguimiento del presupuesto- Administrar las necesidades de capacidad de recursos de BES y los cambios en la cartera general dentro de los programas y proyectos- Mantener informes y métricas de recursos de cartera para crear una entrega de proyectos predecible y mitigar el riesgo o las brechas en el cronograma de entrega- Colaborar con el equipo de PMO para identificar y seguir las mejores prácticas, estándares y metodologías de gestión de proyectos- Administrar y mantener la información del proyecto en el portal de PPM, asegurando que el contenido esté constantemente actualizado y apto para su uso- Capacitar a los gerentes de proyecto y a los miembros del equipo del proyecto en las metodologías estándar de la PMO del proyecto- Participar en proyectos especiales según lo requiera la necesidad departamental de BES- Analice los datos de la aplicación Timesheet y brinde información valiosa al equipo de administración de BES- INGLES 80%**Responsabilidades**:- Garantizar que se sigan los procesos y herramientas estándar de la PMO en todos los proyectos dentro de la cartera de BES- Establecer una red de colaboración con los gerentes de proyecto de BES para brindar un apoyo valiosoZona de Trabajo: Monterrey, esquema híbridoOfrecemos sueldo 100% nomina, prestaciones de ley y vales de despensaInteresados postularse por este medioTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
