**Vacante para la empresa Cushman & Wakefield en Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México**:**Facilities Manager****Requisitos**:Escolaridad: Carreta técnica, o LicenciaturaExperiência: mínima de 2 años en puesto y actividades similares, mantenimiento de inmuebles.**Funciones**:Administrar servicios relacionados con el inmueble que permita dar cumplimiento a regulaciones y normatividadSupervisión y seguimiento a plan de mantenimiento anual al inmueble (aire Acondicionado, Planta de Emergencia, Subestación, Etc.)Coordinar y controlar servicios generales a la comunidad del inmueble (Vigilancia, Mantenimiento, Intendencia y Salas de Juntas)Administración de proveedores (Compras, Pagos)Gestión al proceso de pagos y atención a proveedoresAdministración y revisión de contratosControl de Inventarios y material pertinente para actividades de servicios generalesBrindar apoyo en eventos institucionalesRealizar revisiones a controles, Visitas, Proveedores, Etc.Encargado de proceso y logística de mensajería interna y externaSolicitud y seguimiento a órdenes de compra en sistemaControl de insumos de papelería y recepción**Ofrecemos**:Sueldo bruto: $35,000 a $40,000 mensualPrestaciones de leyA los 3 meses Seguro de gastos médicos mayores, seguro de vidaZona de trabajo: Torre Manacar**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Mantenimiento y reparaciones**Industria**:Bienes Raíces Comerciales
