Join our MAHLE team #StrongerTogether**Location: Nuevo León, Santa Catarina, Mx.**- The MRP Controller plays an important role in managing of Supply Chain for production materials with suppliers and intercompany for North America Plants. Responsibilities include monitoring / checking requirements thru SAP transactions, creating schedules for suppliers based on Customers’ requirements.**Your Role & Responsibilities**:- Send orders to assigned supply base in regular basis, making sure the MAHLE Plants have proper inventory levels.- Monitor supplier’s shipments until material delivery at MAHLE location.- Take steps to minimize impact in case of unexpected situations (such as Customer demand fluctuation, transportation delays, inventory loss, among others) by negotiate with Suppliers / Customers, coordinate material expedites, follow up delivery plans, etc.- Escalate critical issues (out of influence zone) in a timely manner.- Manage (setting and maintenance) of master data in MRP System (SAP).- Keep good communication with suppliers and assure they are working following MAHLE Guidelines.- Keep good communication within MAHLE organization (Purchasing, Plant logistics, External warehouses, Carriers, etc) to assure excellence in process execution.- Generate and share reports or situation analysis as needed.- Lead and/or collaborate in root cause analysis and monitor countermeasures to avoid recurrence.- Lead or participate, as required, in special projects related to continuous improvement or special assignments.- Manage until final resolution any issue affecting raw material availability at MAHLE Plants.**Your Skills & Strengths**:- Graduated higher education in the field of exact Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Logistics Management or Business Administration with Supply Chain Management.- 3+ years of experience working on logistics or supply chain.- 2+ years of experience as raw material planner.- Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish (in speech and writing).- SAP knowledge.- Proffesional MS Excel skills.- Knowledge of the automotive industry environment.- Results oriented, ownership sense.- Problem solving focused.- Communication and interpersonal skills, Team Player.- Proactive and self-managed.- Strong at decision making and prioritization skills.**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Experienced hires**Part- / Full-time**:- Full Time**Functional area**:- Logistics**Department**:Services**Location**:Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MX**Company**:MAHLE Shar.Serv.
