(It can change to 100% onsite depending of the project necessity)Assignment duration: 10 monthsEnglish: AdvancedSkills: BPM|Power Bi Developer|Processes/Technology Documenter|Resource Description:- Engineering Bachelor Degreed (desire but not limited)- Soft Skills: Curiosity, Creativity, Teamwork, Good Judgment, Abstraction / Conceptualization, Resilience,- Advance English Skills (speaking, reading, writing),- Communication skills / PPT Presentation Skills- Hard Skills: Design Thinking, Process Improvement Methodologies, Business Creation Methodologies, Business Process Management, Service Design**Requirements**:- 2+ yrs experience in: Business Process Management, Design Thinking, Facilitation, Change Management, Research, Improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma), Power BI knowledge and development skills**Responsibilities**:- Help our internal clients to identify and structure strategies that take them from the discovery and interpretation of their problems to the conceptual development of value propositions.
