Este rol implica la dirección de operaciones complejas, el mantenimiento de infraestructuras críticas y la garantía de un entorno de trabajo seguro y eficiente**Los beneficios para empleados seleccionados incluyen**:- Contratación Directa por parte de la empresa.- Sueldo Base.- Prestaciones de Ley: IMSS, vacaciones, prima vacacional, aguinaldo.- Seguro de Vida + apoyo de defunción- Asesorías Psicologías, Medicas, Nutricionales, Legales, Financieras y Veterinarias (vía remota)- HANU: Plataforma digital de bienestar, donde podrás encontrar +1250 videos de entrenamientos de disciplinas Todo el contenido basado en tres pilares: cuerpo, mente y nutrición.Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de **Maintenance Operations Manager**para unirse a nuestro equipo:- ** Zona de trabajo**: Santa Fe, CDMX- ** Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.- ** Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial**¿Cuál es tu día a día?**- Supervisar el funcionamiento y mantenimiento de sistemas HVAC, eléctricos, de plomería y otros sistemas críticos.- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.- Gestionar proyectos de actualización y renovación de infraestructuras.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normas y regulaciones de seguridad aplicables.- Implementar y mantener protocolos de seguridad para el personal y las instalaciones.- Coordinar con agencias gubernamentales y de seguridad según sea necesario.- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para optimizar el consumo de energía.- Liderar iniciativas de sostenibilidad y reducción de la huella de carbono.- Monitorear y reportar sobre métricas de eficiencia energética.- Negociar y administrar contratos con proveedores de servicios externos.- Supervisar el desempeño de los contratistas y asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nível de servicio.- Desarrollar y gestionar presupuestos operativos y de capital para facilities.- Identificar oportunidades de reducción de costos y optimización de recursos.- Dirigir y desarrollar un equipo de profesionales de facilities.- Fomentar una cultura de mejora continua y excelencia operativa.**Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas**- Grado en Ingeniería, Gestión de Facilities o campo relacionado.- Mínimo de 5 a 7 años de experiência en gestión de facilities, con al menos 3 años en un rol de liderazgo.- Ingles Avanzado (se realizara entrevista en el idioma)- Conocimiento profundo de sistemas de construcción, códigos y regulaciones.- Experiência en gestión de proyectos complejos y presupuestos significativos.- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.- Certificaciones relevantes (e.g., CFM, FMP) son preferibles.
