**Objective**Manage contractors and external services enter daily to facilities.**Main Responsibilities**- Management and administration of contractors at executive and/or managerial level.- Management and administration of standards, procedures and legal requirements applicable to contractors and emergency areas.- Knowledge and experience in the operation and key safety points of machinery, equipment and rescue systems. Redesign risk management measures to incorporate into the contractor management program- Determine the criteria for prequalifying approved vendors from HSE perspective.- Clearly outline the performance, documentation, and training standards that contractors need to comply- Implement Contractors management Program and develop an evaluation system to measure results and develop a continues improvement program.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree bachelor’s degree in mechanical industrial Engineer or civil engineer.- Knowledge: OSHA 510 certification, Emergency management and administration, Official Mexican Standards for Safety and Health at Work, International safety standards OSHA, NFPA, ANSI.- Languages: English advanced, (desirable)- Experience: 4+ years leading projects.- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
