Real Estate Office Manager

As an Office Manager on our team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your focus on efficiency, financial management, and customer/vendor relations will be vital to our success. We value team growth and look forward to your contributions as we continue to expand.**Responsibilities**:- Manage all administrative and transaction processes- Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff- Assist in recruiting and training real estate agents- Oversee financials, including P&L and budget management- Manage team CRM, online systems, and database growth- Facilitate and organize team meetings and events- Conduct daily huddles with administrative staff- Maintain real-time performance metrics- Collaborate with team owners on a monthly basis- Manage employee files, vacation days, and sick days- Review ROI on team expenses- Conduct 90-day performance reviews with administrative staff- Assist in the development of business plans for agents and staff- Update and maintain the Policy and Procedures Manual**Requirements**:- Proven experience in creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office environment- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting- Persistence in following up with third parties to meet contract deadlines- Positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to grow and learn- Bilingual (English and Spanish).- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Starting salary: $40,000 - $60,000 pesos, depending on skills, experience and performance.**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you located in Rosarito, Baja California?- This is an office-based role.
