Lean Sr Engineer MC Objective Generate value flow in manufacturing processes by applying lean tools and continuous improvement management processes. Main Responsibilities Implement Lean tools such as VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, etc., to optimize manufacturing processes. Develop and implement work standards and visual systems. Lead continuous improvement projects focused on eliminating waste (muda), reducing cycle times, and enhancing operational efficiency. Train and coach operational and technical staff in Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to foster a Lean culture. Encourage active staff participation in identifying improvement opportunities. Utilize statistical and data analysis tools to identify root causes and support evidence-based decision-making. Monitor KPIs related to productivity and costs. Document and standardize improved processes to ensure their sustainability over the long term. Conduct compliance audits of GOMM standards and Quality Systems. Define and standardize labor and material logistics requirements based on production volumes, aligning them with value streams identified in VSM analyses. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in English (advanced level). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement role or related area. Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Experience in Change Management and achieving strategic results.
