**Mortgage Sales Manager Sr.****Principal function**:The Mortgage Commercial Deputy Director is responsible for coordinating, managing and administering strategies to increase the placement of PFS Mortgage Managers and Mortgage Executives in the territories assigned to him.**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:The Mortgage Commercial Deputy Director has four important roles to maintain:- Coordinate and monitor the business strategies of your division.- Support and follow up the branches in their placement of credits.- Create long-term relationships with its main clients: Branches, Developers and TPSA's- Give attention to all sales channels: Branches, Call Center, TPSA'sRequirements- Economic career - administrative or engineering degree- Indispensable management of Microsoft Office (Excell, Word, Power Point, Project, 0 Flow Charter)- Knowledge and management of the Internet- Knowledge of Bank systems.- Knowledge and management of LEAP, Kroner, Hogan, Intranet- Knowledge about administrative activities.- Financial knowledge (of the banking business).- Have been a Mortgage Manager for at least two years or an Account Executive for at least 4 years (desirable).- High responsibility- Wide aptitude for work by objectives- Ability to work under pressure.- judgment and common sense.- Proactive and with a high sense of customer service.- decision making capacity- Ability to solve and handle problems.- Leadership.- Capacity for teamwork.- Personnel Management.- Ability to sell.- Analysis capacity.- deduction capacity.- Medium and long term vision.- Personality with defined focus.- Abstraction capacity- English 80%We offer direct hiring by the bank, base salary,performance bonus, holiday bonus, life insurance, major medical expenses insurance, credits, discounts on bank products, active participation in sustainability/social responsibility programs, discounts in more than 9,000 establishments and a career plan according to your aspirations.At HSBC we are committed to building a culture where all employees and customers are valued regardless of their gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religious belief, background or any other different personal aspect.HSBC employees act by showing integrity with courage, standing firm in what is right.
