**Health Supply 770, one of Florida's fastest-growing medical supplies companies, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Manager to join our team.** We pride ourselves on providing high-quality medical supplies and equipment, carefully selected by our experienced sales reps and warehouse staff with years of combined experience in the healthcare industry.**FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED****EXPERIENCE WITH THE HEALTH INDUSTRY IS A MUST****Compensation: Base salary + commissions****Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Team Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing effective sales strategies, setting objectives, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing support to help the team surpass their targets and succeed.****Experience in the Medical Area is a plus. Experience selling products to big **businesses **is a must.****Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.- Proven experience in sales management and leadership, **preferably in online sales environments.**:- **Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities.**:- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.- **Experience in the medical field is a plus, with knowledge of medical sales practices and regulations, which would be highly advantageous for this role.**Compensation: Base salary + Commission**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractApplication Question(s):- Do you have any experience with medical products?
