**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities**:- Facilitate the origination efforts with senior bankers and product teams to identify, structure and deliver value-added solutions including Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending, FX & Rates and Commodities Hedging.- Conduct comprehensive client and industry analysis, prepare account plans, and conduct deal pitches.- Cultivate and develop client relationship by addressing clients’ banking requirements leveraging J.P. Morgan’s global network and value propositions.- Assume full ownership in end-to-end deal execution with strong sense of responsibility and leadership.- Support senior bankers in carrying out end-to-end deal process and the maintenance of existing business relationship, as well as the management of KYC on-boarding, renewal and remediation.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar corporate banking role- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English)- Strong financial analytical skills and knowledge of corporate banking products including cash management, credit, trade finance, FX & Rates and Commodities Hedging.- Display consistent and high standard of personal integrity, partnership and team spirit.- Excellent communication skill and strong client management experience.
