We achieve this by offering innovative services delivered by a skilled, talented, and distributed team.What You’ll Do:- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps within the client support team.- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, materials, and resources to address identified needs and promote continuous learning and development.- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and training to engage learners and enhance knowledge retention.- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to the client support team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to client support training.- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, offering guidance and feedback to facilitate skill development and performance improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning and development initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.- Maintain training records, track training metrics, and prepare reports to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.Skills and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.- 2-5 years of experience as a learning and development specialist, training facilitator, or a related role, preferably in customer support.- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies.- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.- Experience in developing and delivering training programs using various modalities, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) or other training platforms to deliver and track training initiatives.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.- Knowledge of client support processes, best practices, and industry trends is a plus.**Salary**: $25,500.00 - $32,300.00 per monthWork Location: In person
