**Requirements**:- Conversational English (B2 level or higher) is essential- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or related field- 3 years of experience in a similar role managing accounts payable and purchasing- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems**Responsibilities**:- Vendor management and reimbursement processing- Bank reconciliations- Vendor selection: Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms- Invoice reception and registration: Verify and record invoices from vendors in the accounting system- Payment management: Schedule and process payments to vendors, employees, or government entities, ensuring deadlines and agreed terms are met**Benefits**:- Legal benefits**Perks**:- Medical insurance with various coverage options- Grocery vouchers- Extra paid vacation days**Work schedule**: Monday to FridayPay: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
