If you’d like to help us change the way the world sees, this is your chance to Be BrilliantWe are currently hiring an Application Development Expert (Sales Force) to join our team in Mexico.Key Responsibilities:- Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the IT System- Developing programming specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts- Writing code in lower-level programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of an organization’s IT platform/infrastructure- Configuring, customizing, diagnosing, and enhancing vendor systems software (e.g., operating systems software and utilities that manage access to peripherals, facilitate networking, manage memory allocation, manage file storage on hard drives, etc.)- Writing diagnostic programs to test integrated software/hardware systems and resolve system faults- Creating functional and technical documentation of systems software programs and code- Create custom objects, workflows, triggers, flows, lightning components (Aura & Lwc), Visualforce Pages, custom integrations, SOQL and SOSL queries and web services.- Work data feeds to and from SAP, Mulesoft and other systems and other ETL tools.- Serve as a system administrator in a Global org with 7000+ users. Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks- Manage operational requests including Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.- Conduct periodic audits of the systems and identify potential areas for improvement and gaps in the usage of the system.Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience Salesforce Admin 201 Certificate/Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certificate- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English- Knowledge of CICD implementations and tools like Bitbucket, AWS CodeBuild, Copado- Event and Problem management lead to resolve critical incidents/issues within Service level Agreement- Experience in working as part of Agile teams and using agile and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence- Experience with Territory assignment, Role Hierarchy, and Sharing Rules- Experience with Data Loader technologies- In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Knowledge, and Communities- Hands-on-keyboard role as a member of the scrum team you will participate in grooming, estimating, solutioning and building user stories in Salesforce.- Hands-on experience on salesforce sales and service cloud.Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:- Teamwork,- Leadership skills- Organization and effective communication skills- KINDLEY SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH_
