In this role, you will be working for MAES, a business unit of Element solutions Inc *NYSE:ESI).**What will you be doing?**:- Assign the appropriate personnel in each production area, evaluating their capabilities and training in order to meet the daily production demand.- Promote an environment of respect, honesty and punctuality, being an example for the staff, with values, ethics and impartiality resulting in a favorable organizational environment.- Contribute and interact with the support and resource areas, collaborating in an appropriate and timely manner and with willingness to resolve situations that directly and indirectly affect the production area.- Perform and promote continuous improvement in the area, through projects of safety, quality, savings, productivity, etc. with the objective of making the business more profitable.- Assure the quality of the manufactured parts, giving direct follow up in each work station, as well as to the operative personnel in order to achieve the satisfaction and specific requirements of our internal and external customers.- Manage the available resources (personnel, machinery, materials, facilities, time) in order to meet the production schedule in a timely manner, as well as manage and request resources if needed.- Comply with monthly indicators, monitoring daily production results, acting in a timely manner in order to avoid non-compliance in a KPI and thus achieve the desired efficiency of the process.- Comply with the specific requirements of quality, safety and environmental standards, strictly following procedures, instructions and formats in order to comply with internal and external audits.**Who are You?**:- Minimum of 3 years experience as production supervisor, manufacturing- Yellow belt (desirable)- TPS/NPS level 5 (desirable)**What competencies will you need?**:- Use of office software- Control and handling of production-related documentation- Problem analysis**We are Offering...**:- 30-day Christmas bonus.- Vacation bonus of 90%.- Life insurance- Major medical expenses insurance.- Grocery vouchers of 11.3% of monthly salary.- Restaurant vouchers of 800 pesos per month.- Savings fund of 13% with legal cap.Teamwork - At Element Solutions Inc, you will be part of a highly collaborative culture that promotes coninuos improvement through cross functional partenerships to achieve our mission.
