**Position Summary**Identify and analyze the information needed to facilitate the logistics and import-export operations on the location. Ensure the proper operation of the system to sustain the control of Annex 24 and Annex 31 and other requirements for trade. Support to internal and external customer service, in relation to shipments, logistics, monitoring of foreign trade operations, and customer requirements.**Responsibilities**- Management of air, land and sea import and export operations.- Closing of weekly and monthly consolidated petitions, customs and virtual operation.- Annex 24 control software (Millennium).- Monitoring of logistics operations.- Electronic and physical file control.- Service to internal/external clients for shipping processes.- Support for the control of Annex 24 and Annex 31- Management of BOMs- CTPAT maintenance support- Property security management- Maintenance and update to Milenium system- Support on the shipping operation- Ensure the complete and correct process for international receipts.- Active participate on HPT and continuous improvement projects**Qualifications****Qualifications**- Knowledge of logistics operations (air, land, sea), claims, documentation requirements.- Knowledge of foreign trade operations: import / export, virtual operations, regime changes.- Control of expense accounts.- Customer service (internal and external).- Knowledge of Annex 24 and Annex 31. ( 24: Sistema en el cual materia prima, mano de obra, se controla en revisiones de manera legal) (31: certificación de IVA)- Knowledge of BOMs.- Knowledge of consolidated operations (Customs / Logistics):- Management software Annex 24 - Millennium ( SOFTWARE) (desirable, not mandatory)- Review of motions- General CTPAT knowledge (desirable)*- Knowledge of continuous improvement**Parker Hannifin****Language Tags
