Then come and join us to the Intel Optane Group (IOG).IOG delivers Intel's Optane based memory solutions for the exciting Server business, where you will have the opportunity to work with leading technologies in this fast-growing domain.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Developing pre-Si validation test plans and test scenarios to prove the correctness of the design.- Development of components for a simulation-based environment: bus functional models, trackers, checkers, scoreboards, and testbenches.- Performing and debugging digital simulations, and driving to closure of bugs.- Development of functional coverage and achieving coverage goals.- Working closely with design engineers, micro-architects, and other team members to ensure high quality of test plans, functional coverage, and tests.- Deliver high-quality output against deadlines and work effectively in a cross-site team environment.- Problem-solving skills- Initiative- Interpersonal skills- Written and verbal communication skills**Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications:- 3+ months of experience with digital design, ASIC design flow, or computer architecture.- 3+ months of experience with programming/scripting languages like C/C++, Perl, Ruby, Python, or Unix (Linux).- 3+ months of experience with hardware description languages (such as VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog, etc.).- 10+ months of experience with pre-Si validation (including expertise in: logic simulators (Modelsim, Questasim, VCS, AMS), functional coverage concepts and implementation, testbench development, bus functional models, trackers, checkers, test development, execution, debug, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with DRAM memory.**Inside this Business Group**The Data Center & Artificial Intelligence Group (DCAI) is at the heart of Intel’s transformation from a PC company to a company that runs the cloud and billions of smart, connected computing devices.
