This position will report directly to the Regional Revenue Manager and will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for the team goals under its responsibility.**What you will be doing**Support the revenue management team by building valuable information and reports as well as analyzing our main data sources to provide valuable insights to RMs.Monitor future demand and recommend yield strategiesEnsure inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the optimum business mix and total hotel revenue objectiveMaximizing net room revenue contribution through an understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate Track competitive set pricing and yield strategies, understanding the comp set’s reaction to changes in the marketplaceConduct regular audits of systems and channels to ensure accuracy of rates, package information, and availabilityHelp monitor and execute rate strategies using inventory and pricing management toolsEngaging and supports the hotels selling strategy in all distribution systemsSupport on the hotel weekly revenue meetingReview and provide performance comments for each market segment and as requiredElaborate group booking quotations**What you need for the role**Understanding of basic Revenue Management principles.1-2 years direct experience with hotel reservations, either in rooms inventory management and tour operator allotment control, OTA extranet management.Very numerous with good Excel skills.English proficiency and local language.Great communication skills and a team player.Work experience on a channel manager or any online distribution channel a plus.Able to work and collaborate in a matrix environmentLow and High Skill Wellness DeliveryStaff who are wellness-focused and have a passion themselves (or hold a qualification) can deliver a wellness activity in the location for our Luna Loyalty Program.
