If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will Do- Become the expert for the assigned system, tool, and processes, understand the opportunities offered and to implement and configure accordingly to bring maximum benefit.- Participate in projects and process reference groups, investigate, learn, and deploy innovative technologies for own service area.- Measure, follow up and analyze against defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and propose and implement corrective actions to deviations in outcome.- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions for assigned tools, processes, and solutions.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Analytics insight and other tools to improve the automation.- Answer incoming questions and assist employees, managers, and other colleagues to ensure information provided is accurate and complete.- Support in problem management related to automation.- Review any challenges / questions and escalate if required to the next level and secure handover.
