Empresa comersializadora de electrodomesticos, por crecimiento se encuentra en busqueda del siguiente perfil: IT Architecture Support ServiceEXPERIENCIA:Uso de herramientas de PM como Jira, Smarsheets, hojas de cálculo, etc.Gestión de proyectosFuncionamiento SCRUM y/o ágil.PMIÁgilKanbanFUNCIONES:Liderar el pipeline de mantenimiento (Devops) priorizando las actividades y gestionando la capacidad de los equipos internos/externos (Scrum/kanban).Gestionar las tareas y actividades del equipo repartidas en los diferentes proyectos de la cartera.Identificar riesgos, desviaciones y demanda de actividades del equipo.Negociar los cambios de prioridades identificando y comunicando las implicaciones y o impactos.Proyectar y estimar la demanda del área en coordinación con la PMO y otras áreas.Construir y gestionar los planes del proyecto estratégico del área.Interactuar con las diferentes fábricas de software sincronizando con sus PM's o gestionando las actividades.Métricos / KPIs de Calidad del ServicioKPI: Project ManagementDescripción: Elaboración y gestión de planes de proyectosObjetivo: Cumplimiento en la fecha de compromisoKPI: Gestión de la demandaDescripción: Control y visibilidad de la capacidad del áreaObjetivo: Indicadores de rendimiento, desviación, riesgos y demanda.KPI: DashboardsDescripción: Gestionar y crear cuadros de mando diarios, semanales y mensuales para la alta dirección.Objetivo: Visualice el trabajo en curso, la demanda de entrada/salida, las dependencias, los problemas críticos, los riesgos, etc.KPI: Maintenance PipelineDescripcion: Gestionar y orquestar la cartera de pedidos y el proceso de mantenimiento.Objetivo: Dirigir la célula de mantenimiento con recursos internos y externosControlar el flujo de tuberías, las prioridades y la capacidad.Crear indicadores visuales para la altadirecciónOFRECEMOS:Contratacion inmediataHorario de lunes a viernesSueldo competitivoPrestaciones de leyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $40,500.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horas
