Someone that gets warm by hearing the words ‘wireframing’, ‘UX design principles’, ‘customer journey mapping’, and more of those fun terms Is that you? Then keep readingYou'll be working on very high impact projects and you'll be involved from start to finish; from strategy to final coding & deployment.**You are/have..**- Fluent English speaking- (near) native Spanish speaking- 1-3 years of experience in UX Design (Service design & UI are a plus)- A design and/or business background- Available Full-time or 4 days per week- Excellent sense for combination of strategy, business and creativity- Very comfortable with making functional designs (wireframes) and defending design choices**What you'll be doing**:- Work with Senior UX designers across multiple projects- Design wireframes for various platforms (web/app/desktop)- Help design and build Design Systems and pattern libraries- Collaborate with the UI and Development team- Create customer journeys, feature/requirements list, and personas**What we can offer to you**:- Greats project for A-clients, both in Mexico and US/Europe- Remote working- Creative freedom- Ability to grow and develop your skills on many levels (design, business, strategy)- Ability to part of the project team(s) and claim a leading role- A good salary (to be defined)- A cool office right in the heart of Condesa- Flexible hours- Vacation time (after 6 months of working)- Private gym & private boxing classes- English classes for all levels- Football team- Insurance ‘Gastos médicos mayores’- Bonus system based on time in company- Growth plan
