Someone that gets warm by hearing the words ‘wireframing’, ‘UX design principles’, ‘customer journey mapping’, and more of those fun terms Is that you? Then keep readingYou'll be working on **very high impact projects** (e.g. mobile apps that are downloaded by millions of people), and you'll be involved from start to finish; from strategy to final coding & deployment.**Do you check the following boxes**:- You’re (near) native English speaking- You're OK in Spanish, or better- 2-5 years of experience in UX Design (Service design & UI are a plus)- Design and/or business background- Available Full-time or 4 days per week- Excellent sense for combination of strategy, business and creativity- Very comfortable with making functional designs (wireframes) and defending design choices**What we can offer to you**:- Greats project for A-clients, both in Mexico and US/Europe- Remote working- Creative freedom- Ability to grow and develop your skills on many levels (design, business, strategy)- Ability to part of the project team(s) and claim a leading role- A good salary (to be defined)- Flexible hours- Vacation time (after 6 months of working)- English classes for all levels- Insurance ‘Gastos médicos mayores’- Bonus system based on time in company- Growth plan
