If you have a passion for helping Customers, unlock the potential of their NetSuite investment and in joining a dynamic, fast-paced and highly strategic team, we would like to hear from you**Responsibilities include**:- Participate in the identification and documentation of customer’s NetSuite value.- Drive a high degree of satisfaction and reference ability.- Understand customer business processes.- Understand the company operations in order to detect and prevent operational and system/technical problems and suggest operational improvements with strategic thinking.- Proactively propose solutions to customers based on the knowledge of the account and business.- Work alongside other team members with high functional and technical skills.- Participate in driving the approach to remediate gaps, and consensus with the Customer.
