Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As a core member of the HR team in ELSB area, you will deliver HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. You will process complex and escalated HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees. In this role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.**This position reports to**:HR Business Partner**Your responsibilities**:- Responsible of the HR Communication: business targets, people strategy, ABB culture and organizational updates.- Organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio or ensuring to provide new solutions where appropriate.- Partner with supervisors and workers in the site to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, polices or internal rules.- Research and compile HR industry trends.- Support with coordinating HR Town Halls and other function-wide meetings.- Other miscellaneous HR duties as assigned.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related.- 2 years of experience as a human resources generalist responsible of the internal communication.- Proficient IT skills including MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.- Have customer service experience and a proactive way of working to serve customers.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
