**HR Generalist****Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement operational and strategic HR practices to enable a best-in-class employee experience.- Strategic Approach with Management- HR Operations in Manufacturing environment- Coordinating together with the training coordinator the training and coaching.- Workforce planning- Budgets and control expenses- KPI Improvements- Coordinates recruitment all levels- Manage employee relations/union relationship to ensure a progressive partnership.- Responsible to manage Union Labor Relations.- Administration of employee's benefits.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration or relevant field- Fluent in English- 5 years of experience in maquiladoras- High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations- Excellent communication and people skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
