Your tasks- _Audits coordination with PWC_- _ Wages and salaries analysis_- _ Reconciliation of payroll against accounting_- _ Payroll reconc. of state tax, social security._- _ Preparation of notes for FIRE YE reporting_- _ Define budget rates for employee social benefits _- _True up calculation for Social benefits_- _ FIRE Validation and correction_- _ Monthly posting of social benefits and reconciliation._- _ Payroll related postings_- _ Analysis/ posting actuarial valuation IAS 19 & D-3_- _ Management of saving funds for employees_- _ Budgeting of balance accounts for social benefits_- _ Management of recovery of seniority premium paid_- Payments posting of profit sharing's**Profile**:- Bachelor´s degree in Public Accounting- 2 years of experience in Payroll.- Excellent service attitude and good behavior- English Intermediate- Highly Proactive, Problems Solving,Additional requirements- SAP FI finance module (Accounting Payroll)- Excel advanced, Office tools,- Desirable: Power BI**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
