Reference Code: 94661**Sales Associate**:- México, MEX, MX- Permanent**WHO ARE WE?**A High Jewelry Maison with a strong heritage who promotes exceptional know-how in an enchanting and creative environmentOur Maison is looking for talented individuals who contribute to developing and transmitting their expertise with care and no compromise.At Van Cleef & Arpels you will be surrounded by passionate experts and will contribute to many new projects which allows our Maison to regularly reinvent itself.Van Cleef & Arpels is opening an exclusive Boutique in Mexico City.**Do you match the profile?**You are a dynamic, flexible, communicative and attentive person.You are sensitive to Jewelry, to the universe of the House and to artistic craftsmanship.You are comfortable in a retail environment in front of an international clientele.You are looking for a team adventure focused on the needs and satisfaction of our customers.Your master several languages.You have proven experience in a jewelry and/or watchmaking Maison.If this is the case, then we would love to hear from you**Role Overview**As a Sales Associate in our boutique, you are the voice of Van Cleef & Arpels for our clients and you build and maintain strong relationships with them.You are an ambassador of the Maison and you promote its image both internally and externally.You demonstrate excellent commercial sense and actively participate in the recruitment and development of new clients.You aim to offer a unique experience to our loyal clients.You convey the refinement, elegance and innovation that inspire the Maison creations.**What do we expect from you?**To achieve sales goals, while balancing daily business and High Jewerly sales.Your are responsible for developing a network and a loyal clientele.To attend social functions within the community to generate new business.To invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events and reach out through social media and other tools.You are responsible for actibe participation in CRM initiatives.You are responsible for client data capture and accuracy, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns and clienteling reporting.To assist in display set up each morning and display breakdown in the evening and help ensure that the products are sotred safely nightly.You are responsible on providing excellent customer service - following up on after sales service and follow the repair process from start to finish.You must work to ensure customer satisfaction.You must follow all implemented Maison policies and procedures involving security, consignments, after sales services, and valuation requests.To share the Van Cleef & Arpels history, quality standards and collection information with their clients and assist in maintaining the aesthetic quality of the Boutique.**More than a job... an experience**Joining Van Cleef & Arpels is before all joining a team where the development of our employees is at the heart of our ambition.You will have the opportunity to join our onboarding program with a broad range of trainings on our history, our know-how and creations, as well as daily support.BloomWithVCA
