**Oracle Delivery Manager**Argano NorthPoint Group #ArganoNPG is seeking passionate, motivated people to join our Oracle Cloud consulting organization. We are looking for an innovative spirit and a want to deliver extraordinary service to clients.- Lead clients in workshops to formulate technical requirements and align to overall solution delivery- Align client’s existing business process and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs- Interpret client’s business process diagrams and advise on impacts related to upstream and downstream systems including Single Sign-on with AD (Active Directory) synchronization- Manage module track of project which includes:- Manage scope and client expectations for your module- Identify project risks and communicate with appropriately with project team to avoid and mitigate potential issues- Lead and support clients with the execution of test scripts- Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative design- Be leaders with a vision in the Oracle Cloud space with innovative solutions around the product- Mentor other technical consultants and help grow our internal technical object library**Required Skills and Abilities**:- Ability to understand fundamental Oracle Cloud HCM system design and purpose- Understanding of project implementation methodologies and knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams- Ability to engage effectively at appropriate levels, see the “big picture” as well as the details- Demonstrated ability to plan work and manage priorities with commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills- Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment- Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends and Oracle Cloud releases- Strong willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise with Associate level consultants- Willing to travel as necessary- Proven record of accomplishment of building long-lasting relationships with your clients**Education and Experience**:- Previous hands-on experience required:- HCM Data Loader (HDL)- HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Loader)- Fast Formulas (modules: Payroll, Benefits, Recruit, Compensation, Time & Labor, Global HR)- HCM Extract- BI Publisher (RTF, XSL templates), OTBI analysis and dashboards- (OIC) Oracle Integration Cloud Service- Oracle HCM REST and SOAP API- Auto Complete Rules- Oracle SQL, XSL- IDCS and Single Sign-on- Analytics Cloud (FAW)- General PaaS/DaaS/JaaS/IDCS- Experience with Java, XML, SOA Architecture preferred**Qualifications**:- Minimum of three (3) full life cycle hands on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with proven knowledge of best practice solutions, product integration impacts and support/troubleshooting required- Bachelor’s Degree preferred- Ability to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating preferred- Validated ability to support sales as Subject Matter Expert- Understanding of business-related drivers and parameters- Oracle certified preferred
