Descripción y detalle de las actividadesEn este puesto serás el responsable de cuidar y preservar la integridad de todos los colaboradores en la compañía y establecer programas enfocados en mejorar la salud y prevención de enfermedades relacionadas con el trabajo.**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**- Exámenes médicos de Ingreso y de control.- Investigación de incidentes y accidentes de trabajo.- Elaborar y dar seguimiento Programas de prevención y salud.- Dar seguimiento a los avisos ST7 del IMSS.- Organizar Kardex de salud de los empleados.- Control y administración de medicamentos a clientes internos.- Registro, control y seguimiento de incapacidades internas, externas.- Apoyo y seguimiento a CSH (comisión de seguridad e higiene).- Apoyo en la liberación de permisos de trabajos de riesgo.- Seguimiento programa de nutrición y psicología.- Ayudar al médico en la prevención de la salud de los trabajadores y todos los exámenes aprobados.- Revisión de condiciones de higiene en el manejo de alimentos.- Dar seguimiento a los protocolos de seguridad establecidos por las autoridades.- Dar capacitación a personal Operativo.- Atención a emergencias.- Control Médico de personal y contratistas.- Atención de incapacidades.Experiência y requisitos- Experiência mínima de 2 años en el puesto- Licenciatura en Enfermería- Disponibilidad de Horario- Manejo básico de Word, Excel.- Conocimiento en NOM (030/035/036).- Conocimiento Ley del IMSS.- Conocimientos en farmacología básica.- Conocimiento en Seguridad e Higiene y salud ocupacional.- TRESS (PLUS)- Responsable- Puntual- Trabajo en equipo.- OrganizadoBeneficios- comedor- fondo de ahorro- transporte- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta- seguro de vida- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Seguridad e Higiene**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Variable**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Vespertino- Rotativo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
