Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both full-time and part-time instructors, as well as event speakers.- Maintain a thorough and thoughtful recruiting approach, ensuring all aspects of the hiring process are well-organized and efficient.- Develop and share a list of recruiting best practices with the team, helping to implement these strategies to ensure scalable and effective recruiting operations.- Collaborate with Product and Student Experience team members to create, implement, and lead initiatives that uplift and improve Product School's recruitment efforts.- Monitor and utilize recruiting data to empower your own recruiting methods and increase efficiency.**This role could be a good fit for you if**:- You have proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior recruiters.- You are a masters in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques.- You have exceptional organizational skills and a strategic approach to recruiting.- You have the ability to share and implement best practices to enhance team performance and scalability.- You have experience in recruiting for educational roles, including instructors and event speakers.- You have previous experience in a player/coach role, balancing individual recruiting efforts with team leadership responsibilities.- Bonus points if you have startup experience**The perks**:- **Remote First** - _our team works remotely across multiple countries and time zones_- **Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage in the US** - _support for additional coverage is available in Spain_- **Company Team Offsites and Coworking** - _we believe that remote-first doesn't mean remote-only_- **Free Product School Course Offerings** - _we offer a range of courses and certifications worth $15,000 that we readily encourage our employees to explore_- **Monthly Internet Reimbursement - **_we support our team, wherever they're working from_- **Parental leave****EEOC**- At Product School, we don't just accept differences-we embrace, support, and celebrate the things that make each of us unique and benefit our employees, services, and community_.
